Our balcony is a little alcova with its hanging vines and periwinkle pink in a pot and our cat Volver sleeping on a chair. The balcony faces the east so it’s the best place to be on a summer afternoon. It’s here where I like to sew or read or write about the aesthetics of daily life. My thoughts keep me happy.
