Although my posts have been minimal, my thoughts have not. I’ve been busy researching for TONI O. Sometimes to help put my thoughts in order, I take a walk near the sea because chasing the waves as they come towards the shore can give me a direction I need. Nevertheless, I like to wander so my thoughts continue to come and go.

Losing a mum……. mine over 28 years ago, but still reflect on her – although she was nowhere as flamboyant as your mother, I understand your loss. Reflecting by the sea, wonderful. x
