Self-hypnosis for Martians

Self-Hypnosis for Martians

Sometimes we need to make changes within but our material self is rigid and blocks our flow.  To shift our focus, we can try using self-hypnosis to modify and change behaviors and attitudes.

Hypnosis seeks to reprogram the subconscious.  One method of self-hypnosis is the following:

  1. Sit comfortably with legs uncrossed
  2. Take a few deep breaths
  3. Look at the ceiling, pick a point then fix your eye on it
  4. Try to relax then say over and over again to yourself that you want to sleep
  5. Count backwards from 5 to 0 and with each count breath in and out
  6. Close your eyes and stay in this state for awhile focusing on your breathing

In this state of heightened suggestibility, focus on the kind of changes you want to make. Suggestions should be in the form of affirmations, positive and in the present tense.  For example, I am swimming with ease in deep water.

Focus only on one goal at a time but give goal achievement a priority.

Do self-hypnosis on a daily basis.

Write your goals down on paper.

Decide on imagery for visualization.

Talking boards

Martian and his Ouiji Board

In the mid-1880s, Spiritualism became trendy in England and was imported to the United States. People wanted to communicate with the dead.  Even Lincoln’s wife held séances in the White House after the death of her  11 year old son.

A group of investors from Baltimore saw a way of making money from this craze and invented the Ouija board. Participants were to place their fingertips on a planchette designed to slide across an alphabet covered board stopping on letters to spell out messages from spirits.  Scientists, of course, said the messages were not from spirits but were, instead, ideomotor phenomena.

An ideomotor  phenomenon  occurs  when a psychological situation provokes a physical reaction.   For example, crying. Tears are produced as a response to an emotion and not as a rational decision. Thus, anxious for answers, the participants unconsciously moved the planchette articulating messages not from spirits but from themselves.

The subconscious longs to be heard.

Dowsing for Reptilians

Dowsing for Reptilians

Do you ever worry whether or not you’re surround by reptilians?  You should because they are everywhere! But, because of their shape-shifting abilities, it’s difficult to recognize them.  That’s why we need reptilian dowsers.

To dowse is to search, with the help of a simple tool, something that is hidden from view.  Generally the term is used in terms of searching for underground water with the aid of forked stick.

Dowsing is an example of the ideomotor effect.  That is, unconscious, involuntary motor movements provoked by,  some belief, prior expectations or, as others belief,  by a particular sensitivity.

But to be on the safe side, if you’re near someone who makes you twitch, be careful—they could be an alien!

Cats are aliens?

The Frequency of A Cat's PurrHave you noticed how cats just seem to stare into empty space apparently seeing something you can’t see? And have you ever noticed how the pupils of their eyes are always changing shape as if their  eyes have built in spy cameras? Well, it’s because cats are aliens!

Their purrs have frequencies used for mind control.  That’s why when they purr you are mesmerized and unable to do anything other than caress them so they will continue to purr.

And when your cat disappears, it’s generally because he’s been beamed up to give a report to his superiors regarding you and your activities.

The extraterrestrials who came to help the Egyptians build pyramids brought along some cats.  The Egyptians liked the cats so much they created a cat goddess, Bastet.  Cats were mummified in her honor and cat statues made as votive offerings.

Bastet and Her Cats

Bastet is often portrayed holding the ankh, breath of life symbol, in one hand and a sistrum, sacred rattle, in another.  She is not only the goddess of cats  but of dance joy, music and love as well.

Cat Mummies

The British Museum has an enormous collection of cat related objects.  This includes mummified cats from a cemetery at the main center of the Bastet cult. Unfortunately, many cats did not die naturally.  Because of the obsession to win favors with Bastet, cats were killed on purpose (often by breaking their necks) just so they could be mummified and offered to the goddess.

Question:  is worshipping a god more important that respecting life?

Utsuro Bune

Utsuro Bune

In 1803 a strange “hollow ship” (utsuro-bune) arrived on the eastern coast of Japan.  A beautiful but bizarre woman emerged from the vessel.  She was only about 5 ft tall and had red hair and red eyebrows. Regally dressed, she spoke a language no one understood and carried a small box she clutched close to her body.

Her strangeness frightened the fishermen who’d watched her arrive.  So they forced her back onto the vessel and sent her back to sea.

Some ufologists believe it had been an extraterrestrial encounter.  Whereas other scholars believe the story is just a myth.

Fact or fiction, one thing’s for sure–foreigners arriving via the sea even today are not welcomed.

Fear has made us heartless.
